MEASURE
According to the master tailor, one of the most important part of creating a piece of suit is making individual patterns with body measurement by hand.
In terms of measuring, Mr. Park delicately measures approximately 50 parts of the body by checking the circumference, length, slope and overall balance to figure out the exact shape of each client.

PATTERN MAKING & CUTTING
After the measurement and observation, the Master Tailor starts making an individual pattern on a piece of paper. As long as the fabrics arrive to the tailor, he begins to cut the cloths in workshop for further stages.
(Thus, it is essential that making a piece of suit must be always proceed as planned with the master tailor to touch every single step of bespoke tailoring by creating the garment through 90 percent of hand stitch.
It is a policy that each pattern could storage for three years in B & Tailor shop.

PUTTING
After that pattern making & cutting, all of the part of suit is allocated to coat maker and trouser maker.

FITTING
B&TAILOR has established the fundamental principle of providing the garment fitting service at least twice. The 1st fitting decides a whole silhouette under construction, client is visually able to check the overall balance on details.
The 2nd fitting concentrates on compensating the defect based on previous 1st fitting for the far more suitable shape, and adjustments are made at this stage.

REBUILDING
After all the fitting finished, we take a step of destructering to correct small shortcoming at the suit.
All the factors of the suit are considered well one more time for perfaction.

LAST STAGE
By making several improvements, the garment will be able to look closer to the expectation and the suit has reached to 100% percentages of completion stage with the beautiful details and silhouette. All the part of lining and stitching are reached to the last stage only by hand.
